Short answer- No, but I do feel like I should explain why. I pride myself in the work I do during your session, but even more so after your session. Post-processing (editing) takes hours upon hours, and it is how I bring your beautiful photos to life. Giving you unedited images would not be the best representation of my art/work and honestly the finished product is what you pay for & what you will ultimately love the most. IF for some reason you truly want the unedited versions, they can be purchased for X amount which can be discussed after your session.

You will be receiving a password protected online gallery for you to view your images. This is where you will make your selections on which images you would like edited, which images you want added to products, and which images you would like to purchase for digital download after the editing process is complete. 

Lighting plays a big factor in your images, but also depends on the location(s) you choose. If you choose to use my indoor studio, lighting is best in there from early morning until early afternoon. So I always ask my clients to plan for a session between 9am-1pm. If you choose to have your session outdoors or to add on a location I will give you my professional opinion when you book with me & we will plan it all accordingly 🙂 

Confidence + a smile! 😉 haha, but seriously, you can wear whatever you feel your best in! An intimate empowerment session like this does not mean you have to wear lingerie or even show that much skin. We can make an oversized shirt and fishnets look sexy. You could rock your pajamas and you bet your ass I will make it look sexy lol. This is less about how much skin you show, and more about how you wear the clothes you choose. I promise to help you pick the best options and show you how to rock it best during your session. 

I know life happens, and depending on your location choices weather may not be on our side. When you book with me, I keep my eye on the radar days & even hours leading up to your session. Some really stormy days end in great sunsets & windy weather also helps add character to your photos. I rarely have to reschedule due to a rainy day, especially if you are in studio, but if luck isn’t on our side & it’s down pouring at the time of your outdoor location we will reschedule. No need to worry about any of that though if you choose my studio or another indoor location of your choosing. If you need to reschedule for anything other than weather, or illness then I allow 1 reschedule without a rescheduling fee. Anything after that a $50 rescheduling fee will need to be paid for your second rescheduling date. If you have to cancel completely, I will send a cancellation agreement and your retainer is still non-refundable. 

You should come to your session with loose fitted clothing on. Preferably with no bra or underwear on to ensure no lines dig into your skin before putting on your first outfit. All of this will be discussed at booking and I will remind you leading up to your session as well. 

First and foremost, you should bring an open mind and a happy heart! There will be times that I may ask you to do something that may seem odd to you (like get in a bush or get in the ocean) – if we are outdoors together, and maybe some odd requests indoors, too, but I promise you the more open you are to my direction the better images we can bring to life! I love being adventurous and bringing creativity to all of my shoots so please don’t hesitate to step out of the box and feel free to throw different ideas at me as well! In regards to props/accessories please discuss this with me at booking. I have a few body chains, and accessories you may choose from if you’d like! Besides that, bring your outfits, a change of clothes, a hair brush or anything you may need to use for a touch up during your session with me. 

Hair and makeup is not included in my packages. I have two specific artists I work closely with that I will refer you to, along with a couple others in case they are not available. The reason why this is not included is because some clients come to me wanting to be their most natural selves, not wanting anything done besides what they normally do themselves. Or sometimes clients have their own artists they work closely with instead. I can assure you though that makeup plays a huge role in bringing your session to life. If makeup is not done properly this can cause issues with editing, and can also affect your confidence. Make sure to chat with me about this during booking! 

I have my reasons for not building a client closet for lingerie, but I do provide some accessories such as body chains along with some robes for you to utilize if you would like, but I do not provide lingerie. I will guide you to some great companies to use that I am sure you will love and this will ensure some fun pieces for you to keep yourself to utilize down the road 😉 

I love to connect with my clients on a personal level. I work best and I believe you will, too, with less distractions. Of course, your partner may be apart of your session, but besides that I think not having someone there you know personally following us around will help ensure we can capture you at your best most relaxed self. 

The title of that question should make you laugh, because it was written like that on purpose lol. As a woman I know how tough it is to love ourselves. Society makes it very hard & social media filters now-a-days with women altering their bodies & highly editing their photos we are constantly wondering what “beauty” is anymore. What I can tell you though, without a shadow of a doubt – you ARE beautiful just the way you are. With that being said – No, I do not heavily alter my clients bodies. I do, however, edit out blemishes, smooth skin, take out distractions in photos & help you look your best by giving you wardrobe help prior to your session, along with great posing guidance to capture your best angles. IF for some reason you absolutely want something altered, it will be an extra charge per photo which can be discussed after your session.

I would never share anything you asked me not to. During booking you will fill out a questionnaire that goes over your options regarding this exact question. Just know that if you choose to not allow me to share your images, I will respect that 100%! 

No. You will receive a proofing gallery of the best images from your session for you to make selections from. This is where you will choose the amount of images you want edited & used for products of your choosing. Those options will be discussed at booking. 

I pride myself in my editing and taking time to perfect your images. You will receive a proofing gallery within 24 hours of your session where you will be able to get a “sneak peek” into your photos. After your selections are made, the editing process & product ordering begins. Turn-around time for digital images purchased is 2-3 weeks. During that time the products of your choosing will be ordered. Edits or products that need to be expedited will be an extra fee. I strongly encourage you to book your session well in advance of any events taking place where you are gifting someone an album, print, etc. Turn-around time for certain products can take upwards of 4-8 weeks, especially depending on the time of year. This will be discussed at booking.
